I was delighted to see this lovely patient who is now many months post op. She had a deformity of the profile with a little dip seen above the tip. There was also an unusual tip configuration that needed some reconstruction and refining to give a more elegant shape.

As ever, she is will improve further with time. The skin has some shrinkage to go but things have healed extremely well thus far and, importantly, she is delighted.
