Patient L

Thanking my patient for allowing me to share his on table photos. He had a significant hump, drooping of his tip plus deviation of the nose, complicated by a pretty deviated septum which was giving breathing difficulties.

The nasal septum in particular was complicated to straighten as there were fracture lines within the cartilage. The tip had to be lifted into a more favourable position – in a male the angle between the lip and nose should be about 90 degrees. The hump over the bridge was lowered accordingly.

All in all a pretty challenging rhinoplasty but a great outcome for him for what should be a life changing correction.
