We focus only on nasal and facial plastic surgery, concentrating all that we do on ensuring the very best care for our patients. Our Medical Director, Mr Santdeep Paun, has dedicated his career to the pursuit of such excellence and has developed a national and international reputation for his work, recognised now as being one of the leading Nose and Facial Plastic Surgeons in the UK.
We pride ourselves in spending as much time as a patient needs to allow us to understand their concerns and needs. We insist on at least two visits, often more to ensure we are fully aware of our patients’ desires and that they, in turn, are comfortable with our recommendations and advice. We believe we have to earn a patient’s confidence, not demand it.
Our reputation was built the old fashioned way by providing the highest possible level of care for our patients – we pride ourselves on our patient feedback and at the end of the day, that is what this all about. Our patients.
We like happy patients and these patients recommend us to their friends. Old fashioned social media if you will – but really the most flattering and heartening. Indeed, up until very recently, we did not even have a website but I guess we all have to move with the times!
We believe in gaining our patients' confidence. We work hard to to achieve this. Many of our patients become our lifelong patients and advocates of the work we do and we can ask them to talk to prospective patients, if requested, to help build their confidence in us.
